What we notarize

Bring the document unsigned and your valid photo ID. We confirm who you are, watch you sign, complete the notarial certificate and record it in our journal. Most visits are done in one sitting.
Real estate and estate planning documents often need several signers in one room. We schedule around everyone and bring what is needed to complete each notarial act correctly.
A loan signing is a large stack of paper with a deadline. We meet the borrower, walk through where to sign and initial, notarize what needs it and make sure the package goes back the way the lender asked.
If a document is going overseas, it usually needs an apostille on top of the notarization. We handle the notarization and the apostille process so you are not standing in a government line.
Documents still need signing when someone is in custody. We coordinate the visit, follow the facility entry requirements and complete the notarization with the same care as any other.
Notarized paperwork often has to reach a lender, an office or an agency. We can carry it there so it does not sit in a drawer or a mailbox.
How pricing works
A mobile notary fee is made of a few simple parts. We tell you the total up front, so the number on the phone is the number at the table.
California limits what a notary may charge for each notarial act. We follow those limits and tell you the amount for your document.
Because we come to your home, office or neighborhood, travel is quoted by distance and time of day. You hear it before you agree to anything.
